After the collapse of the 13th of March 1996, due to the damages created by the earthquake of “Santa Lucia” that took place in December 13th 1990, the Cathedral of Noto , on the southeast coast of Sicily, one of the most important baroque monuments in Italy is finally reopening.

 
Today, 11 years after the collapse, the celebration with the Italian Prime Minister, Romano Prodi.
