Gabriele, my wife and I have just returned from Sicily tour (organised by UTRACKS through your company) and we wanted to thank you for all your organisation. we had a great trip. In particular, thank you for sorting out the issues when we were unable to travel to Lipari because of the weather. Le Petite Hotel was great and I was very impressed that your group covered the costs as it was not your fault the weather was poor. Plus the day on Mt Etna was great and Lisa was a fantastic guide and made a wonderful day for us. Come and visit us in Australia. Thank you, again.
