bonjour,
suite à notre séjour dans les îles éoliennes et la Sicile du 14 au 21 mai, via Sens Inverse, nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre acceuil (Anna) à notre arrivée à Catane.
Tout s'est très bien passé et nous avons tout apprécié : les propositions, suggestions, l'organisation, le roadbook, et les granite...
Nous recommanderons ce séjour autour de nous.
Seul regret mais qui de toute façon n'aurait pu se réaliser à cause du temps (trop de vent d'ouest) : nous n'avons pu faire la montée au Stromboli avec un guide, car il fallait réserver au moins un mois d'avance nous ont-ils dit chez MagmaTrek.
L'île de Salina nous a bien plu, très fleurie et balade bien tranquille. Nous nous sommes trompés de port car nous sommes descendus un arrêt trop tôt, mais nous avons pu ainsi decouvrir l'efficacité des bus intérieurs et la vie dans l'île. Il a fait très chaud ce jour-là. Les indications données pour le balisage nous ont parfois un peu dérouté, mais finalement nous avons trouvé le sommet.
Le choix des hôtels et les suggestions de restaurants étaient parfaits.
Les méduses sur les plages de Vulcano étaient très nombreuses et piquantes !
La montée sur l'Etna est une grosse industrie mais vaut vraiment le coup. Nous sommes allés jusqu'à 2900m à pied à partir de la fin du téléphérique.
La ville de Catane est un grand contraste après la tranquillité des îles : que de papiers par terre et de voitures garées sur les trottoirs ! mais le marché aux poissons nous a ravi.

Dear Gabriele or Anna,
Firstly I wanted to say thank you for looking after us while we were in Sicily. We had a great adventure and although we didn't get to climb all of the volcanoes that we hoped it was a lovely trip. We only wished we had had more time there. In particular we were very pleased with the accomodation on Lipari at Enzo Il Negro. The whole family made us very welcome and were so helpful during our stay. Please pass on our thanks to them. I spoke to Anna about the jacket vest that I left at the Villa on Stromboli. I left my address with the guy on reception and he promised to send this on. I would be grateful if you could check that this is on its way to me. Thank you for all of your help.

marathon-organisation was great: the people of my group were verry enthousiast about the way you all organized the marathon: very spontanious, friendly, with a lot of humor, all acting verry normal ... they really appriciated this, great team you have! Also the walk with Stefano was really great, the fact that every runner was named at the end ... they all enjoyed it verry mutch! It feld like one big family ...
